Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 클러치 평면과 V홈 및 내경을 측정할 때 사용하는 마스터에 관한 것으로, 마스터 본체(1)의 배면에 돌출부(2)를 형성하고 본체(1)의 전면에는 수등분으로 나누어 각 부분을 측정면의 상, 하한치가 되게 가공하며, 본체(1)의 배면에는 절단부(3)가 형성된 하한치 보조마스터(4)를 삽입 체결하되 절단부(3)에는 별도의 기준치가 형성된 상한치 보조마스터(5)를 삽입 체결하여서 된 것으로서, 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이하고 하나의 마스터를 수 등분하여 여러개의 기준치를 가공 형성하므로서 부피가 작고 보관이 용이하며 하나의 마스터로서 사용하기 때문에 작업시간을 단축할 수 있으며 또한 마스터를 교체하므로써 발생하는 오차를 방지할 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 공지의 마스터에 있어서, 마스터 본체(1)를 수 등분하여 각각의 면을 형성하고 각각의 면을 제품의 상, 하한치 공차로 가공하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치용 마스터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 마스터 본체(1)의 배면에 돌출부(2)를 형성하고, 본체(1)의 배면에는 절단부(3)가 형성된 하한치 보조마스터(4)를 삽입 체결하되 절단부(3)에는 별도의 기준치가 형성된 상한치 보조마스터(5)를 삽입 체결하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 클러치용 마스터.
