Abstract

본 발명은 고비율의 아연을 함유하는 수용성 도료의 도장에 사용되는 도장 장치 시스템에 관한 것이며, 교반기가 설치된 개방된 도료 탱크(1), 상기 도료 탱트(1)의 도료를 일정량씩 압송하고 도료 압력 게이지(25)와 공기 압력 게이지(27)가 구비된 도료 압송 펌프(19), 압축기(37)로부터의 고압 공기를 저장하고 상기 도료 압송 펌프(19)에 고압의 공기를 공급하는 공기 탱크(33), 상기 도료 탱크(1)에 도료를 이송하는 도료 이송 장치(43), 및 상기 도료 압송 펌프(19)에 연결된 도료 토출 호스(31)와 스프레이 건(29)을 포함하는 도장 장치 시스템이 제공되고, 이로써 강력한 철분 친환성을 가지는 고비율의 아연을 함유하는 수용성 도료가 도장 장치 시스템에 고착되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 도료의 보충시 도장 작업을 장시간 중단할 필요가 없고, 도료 토출 호스의 길이를 25m 이상으로 자유로이 사용할 수 있고, 일정량의 도료를 일정한 압력으로 토출할 수가 있어서 도장 작업이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 도장이 균일하게 이루어지며, 도료의 보충과 도장 장치 시스템의 이동이 용이하다는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 도장 장치 시스템의 일 예를 도시한 정면도이다, 제2도는 종래의 도장 장치 시스템의 예로서 압축 공기 가압식 도장 장치 시스템의 종단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 고비율의 아연을 함유하는 수용성 도료의 도장에 사용되는 도장 장치 시스템에 있어서, 교반기가 설치된 개방된 도료 탱크, 상기 도료 탱크의 도료를 일정량씩 압송하고 도료 압력 게이지와 공기 압력 게이지가 구비된 도료 압송 펌프, 압축기로부터의 고압 공기를 저장하고 상기 도료 압송 펌프에 고압의 공기를 공급하는 공기탱크, 상기 도료 탱크에 도료를 이송하는 도료 이송 장치, 및 상기 도료 압송 펌프에 연결된 도료 토출 호스와 스프레이 건을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 장치 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도장 장치 시스템이 바퀴가 부착된 스탠드 위에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 장치 시스템.
