Abstract

본 발명은 안전밸트용 버클의 구조에 관한 것으로, 하우징(1)의 측면에 구비된 푸쉬버튼(2)이 연결측(2a)을 매개로 상기 하우징(1)에 힌지핀(5)에 의해 힌지결합된 레버(4)와 상호 결합됨과 더불어, 상기 레버(4)의 양쪽에는 반발력으로 원위치로 복귀되도록 하우징(1)과 레버(4)에 고정된 스프링(6)이 구비되고, 상기 하우징(1)의 텅그유입부에는 텅그(3)의 유입을 안내하도록 안내부재(7)가 구비되어지게 된다(선택도 제1도).

Claims (2)

  1. 하우징(1)에 텅그(3)가 직선으로 삽입되도록 유입부에 안내부재(7)가 구비됨과 더불어 측면에 연결축(2a)을 매개로 레버(4)와 연결된 푸쉬버튼(2)이 구비되는 한편, 상기 레버(4)가 상기 연결축(2a)에 고정된 이동부(4b)와 일체로 형성되어 텅그(3)의 삽입홈(3a)에 삽입되어지는 상단부(4a)로 이루어져 상기 하우징(1)에 구비된 힌지핀(5)과 힌지결합됨과 더불어, 상기 힌지핀(5)과 레버(4)의 양측면에는 상기 레버(4)와 하우징(1)에 고정된 스프링(6)이 구비되어진 안전밸트용 버클의 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레버(4)의 걸림부(4a) 상부면이 텅그(3)의 유입이 용이하도록 경사지게 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안전밸트용 버클의 구조.
