Abstract
본 발명은 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치(Active Metrix Liquid Crystal Display)에 관한 것으로, 특히 액정의 표시장치의 게이트라인과 리페어라인간의 신호 접속에 적합하도록한 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 본 발명은 게이트라인과 리페어라인이 교차되는 부분의 일측, 게이트절연막에 형성된 콘택홀을 통해 게이트라인과 전기적으로 연결된 플러그가 리페어라인과 동일충상에 형성되므로 게이트라인과 리페어라인간의 접속(wiring)공정을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 즉, 동일층상에 형성된 게이트라인 플러그와 리페어라인을 레어저를 사용하여 쉽게 접속할 수 있다.According to the present invention, since a plug electrically connected to the gate line is formed at the same side as the repair line through a contact hole formed at one side of the portion where the gate line and the repair line cross each other, the wiring process between the gate line and the repair line is performed.
