Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 IC 카아드의 접점과의 접촉상태를 검사하는 IC 카아드 판독 및 기입장치를 제공하는 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본원 발명의 수단은 IC 카아드에 작동 전압을 공급하는 2개의 단자(40)(42)에 접속하는 콘택트 핀(15)(17)의 전압을 검출하는 전압검출수단(24)과, 이 검출된 전압과 미리 정해진 기준치와를 비교하여, 기준치로부터 일탈되어 있는 경우에 엑섹스제어수단(21)에 IC 카아드에로의 엑세스를 정지시키는 신호를 출력하는 판정수단(25)과를 구비하며, 규격외에 IC 카아드가 삽입되었을 경우 및 IC 카아드와 정상으로 콘택트가 행하여지지 않는 경우에는 단자(40)(42)간의 전압이 기준치로부터 벗어나기 때문에 IC 카아드에로의 엑세스가 정지되도록 구성되어 있다.It is an object of the present invention to provide an IC card reading and writing device for checking the contact state of an IC card with a contact.
