Abstract

본 발명은 개선된 아세틸렌의 저장 및 대량의 수송 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 아세틸렌 가스와 이산화 탄소 가스를 혼합하는 단계; 이렇게 수득한 가스 혼합물의 온도를 낮추어 액상-증기상 또는 고상-증기상 혼합물을 수득하는 단계 및 상기 액상-증기상 또는 고상-증기상 혼합물을 가압 용기에 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 아세틸렌의 저장 방법이 제공되며, 이를 수행하는 장치가 또한 제공된다.

제1도는 -40℃의 온도에서 아세틸렌 및 이산화 탄소의 이성분 계에 대한 압력-조성 도표이다. 제2도는 아세틸렌과 이산화 탄소의 액상 또는 고상 혼합물의 생산 및 저장을 위한 장치의 개략도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 아세틸렌 가스와 이산화 탄소 가스를 혼합하는 단계; 액상-증기상 또는 고상-증기상 혼합물을 수득하기 위하여 상기 수득된 가스 혼합물의 온도를 낮추는 단계; 및 상기 액상-증기상 또는 고상-증기상 혼합물을 가압 용기에 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 아세틸렌의 저장 및 수송 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 혼합물이 아세틸렌 50 용량% 내지 90 용량%와 그 나머지 양의 이산화 탄소를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 액상-증기상 또는 고상-증기상 혼합물이 공비 조성을 갖는 방법.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 그의 임계 온도 미만의 온도하에 있는 방법.
  5. 상기에서 기술한 바와 본질적으로 동일한 아세틸렌의 저장 방법.
  6. 아세틸렌과 이산화 탄소로만 이루어진 혼합물을 함유한 가압 용기.
  7. 가압 아세틸렌 가스 공급원, 가압 이산화 탄소 가스 공급원, 가스혼합물을 생성하기 위해 소정 용량의 아세틸렌 가스 및 이산화 탄소 가스를 수용하는 혼합 용기, 가스 혼합물의 온도를 액상-증기상 또는 고상-증기상으로 낮추는 수단 및 상기 액상-증기상 또는 고상-증기상 혼합물을 수용하기 위한 가압 용기를 포함하는 아세틸렌의 저장 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 온도 강하 수단이 혼합 용기와 가압 용기사이에 위치하는 밸브인장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 온도 강하 수단이 저장 용기와 결합된 냉각기를 포함하는 장치.
  10. 첨부한 도면의 도에 도시된 바와 같고, 이를 참조하여 상기에서 설명한 바와 본질적으로 동일하게 작동시키기 위해 제작, 배치 및 체택한 아세틸렌의 저장 장치.
