Abstract
소형이고, 또한 용적효율이 저하되지 않는 회전베인형이 압축기 및 진공펌프를 제공한다.
호전베인형 압축기(21) 및 진공펌프(51)의 케이스(22)에 유사타원형상인 실린더실(23)을 설치하고, 이 실린더실의 편심위치에 지름방향으로 이동가능한 베인(29, 29)을 보유하는 로토(27)를 회전자재하에 설치하여, 실린더실(23)을 로토(27)에 의하여 용적이 큰 기체의 압축실(30)과 용적이 작은 시일액의 펌프실(31)에 기밀하게 구획하고, 펌프실(31)의 토출포오트(36)로부터 토출되는 가압시일액을 압축기 및 진공펌프의 시일 및 윤활이 필요한 장소로 송급한다.
시일액을 가압하기 위한 별체의 펌프를 설치할 필요가 없으므로, 압축기 및 진공펌프가 소형으로 되고, 가압액에 의하여 시일 및 윤활을 하므로, 내부리크에 의한 용적효율의 저하를 방지할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예인 기체압축기의 단면도이며, 제2도의 A-A선으로 파단된 것, 제2도는 제1도에 있어서의 B-B단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예인 진공압펌프의 단면도이며, 제4도의 C-C선으로 파단된 것, 제4도는 제3도에 있어서의 D-D단면도
Claims (4)
- 케이스(2)내에 형성된 실린더실(3)의 내부에 방사방향으로 활동하는 복수의 베인(4)을 구비한 로토를 회전자재하게 배설하고, 그로토 및 베인(4)의 회전에 의하여 흡입포오트(6)로부터 압축실(30)내로 기체를 흡입하고, 또한 압축하여 토출포오트(8)로부터 토출하도록 구성된 회전베인형 유체압기기에 있어서, 상기한 실린더실(3)이 상기한 로토에 의하여, 기체를 흡입 및 압축하는 상기한 압축실(30)과 시일액을 흡액포오트(35)로부터 흡입하고, 또한 가압하여 토출포오트(8)로부터 회전접동부로 향해서 토출하는 펌프실(31) 등으로 구획되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전베인형 유체압기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 실린더실(3)이 실질적으로 타원형상을 하고 있고, 그 타원의 장축방향의 양단부와 로토와의 사이로 상기한 압축실(30)과 펌프실(31)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전베인형 유체압기기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 로토가 실린더실(3)내에 있어서의 펌프실(31)측에 한 쪽으로 치우친 위치로 설치되므로서, 그 펌프실(31)의 용적이 압축실(30)의 용적보다 작게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전베인형 유체압기기
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기한 케이스(2)에 압축기체 속으로 혼입된 시일액을 분리하기 위한 필터 또는 냉각기의 적어도 1개를 함유하는 분리수단을 설치할 것을 특징으로 하는 회전베인형 유체압기기.
