Abstract
본 발명은 효모로부터 인간 리포코틴-I 단백질을 효율적으로 발현 분비시키는 플라스미드 벡터, 상기 플라스미드 벡터로 형질전환된 재조합 효모, 및 상기 효모의 배양을 통한 인간 리포코틴-I 단백질의 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 발현 벡터는 GAL10프로모터, 이누리나제 분비시그날, 리포코틴-I 구조 유전자 및 리포코틴-I 터미네이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a plasmid vector for efficiently expressing and secreting human lipocotin-I protein from yeast, a recombinant yeast transformed with the plasmid vector, and a method for producing human lipocotin-I protein by culturing the yeast.
