Abstract

저함수유기폐기물을 고온고압으로 증자하여 발효처리물의 균질성을 높힘과 동시에 세균의 소화흡수를 촉진시키며 증자된 저함수유기폐기물에 지오라이트, 석회, 고토, 점토, 탄산칼슘 등의 첨가제를 하나 이상을 선택적으로 첨가하여 비료 또는 사료의 성분효율을 높이고 함수율을 낮게 조정하여 효율적인 발효 조건을 얻고 원적외선을 조사하여 발효처리하므로서 미생물의 활동을 왕성하게 하므로서, 단시간에 발효처리를 끝낼 수 있는 저함수유기폐기물의 발효처리 방법.

Claims (1)

  1. 동물성유기폐기물 및 식물성유기폐기물로된 함수율 약 60%인 저함수유기폐기물을 밀폐된 고압증기솥에서 온도 120℃, 10∼15㎏/㎠의 고압수증기로 증자한 다음 증자된 저함수유기폐기물에 지오라이트, 석회, 고토, 점토, 탄산칼슘등의 첨가재를 하나 이상을 선택적으로 첨가하되 중량비로 증자된 저함수유기폐기물 100부에 대하여 10∼25부를 첨가하여 저함수유기폐기물의 함수율을 45∼55%로 조정한 후 발효조에 투입하여 원적외선을 조사하는 가운데 연속적으로 교반과 동시에 공기를 주입하면서 온도 20∼50℃ 유지하여 3∼4시간 호기성발효처리를 하므로서 함수율 30∼40%인 발효처리물을 얻고 같은 방법으로 2차 발효조를 통과 시키므로서 함수율 약 15%인 발효처리물을 얻음을 특징으로 하는 저함수유기성폐기물을 처리하는 방법.
