Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 인플레이터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 기존의 인플레이터와 달리 인플레이터 하우징의 외측에 열전달파이프 및 열전대를 장착하여 상기 인플레이터 하우징의 온도를 낮추므로써 상기 인플레이터내에 장전된 화약의 폭발시에 발생되는 가스의 폭발력 및 온도를 감소시켜 상기 인플레이터의 구조를 간단하게 하는 열절대를 이용한 파이로 테크닉 인플레이터에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 종래의 에어백시스템의 구성도, 제2도는 종래의 인플레이터 구조를보여주는 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 열전대를 부착시킨 인플레이터의 구성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 파이로테크닉 인플레이터에 있어서, 화약(5)이 장전된 인플레이터하우징(12)과, 상기 화약(5)을 폭발시키기 위한 착화제(9) 및 뇌관(10)과, 폭발시 발생되는 미립자를 제거하기 위한 세라믹필터(11)와 : n형반도체와 p형반도체가 다수개 병렬 배치되고 반도체의 양단에는 도체가 부착되어서 전원으로 전류가 도전되도록 구성되어 상기 인플레이터 하우징(12)을 둘러싸는 열전대(15)와 : 상기 열전대(15)와 상기 인플레이터 하우징(12)사이에 장착되어 열전달이 잘 이루어지게 하는 열전달파이프(6)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전대를 이용한 파이로테크닉 인플레이터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 필터(11)의 외측에는 구리 또는 열전달 파이프(6)로 이루어진 망구조의 필터(16)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전대를 이용한 파이로테크닉 인플레이터.
