Abstract

본 발명은 일회용 흡수제품에 관한 것으로서, 액체투과성 상부시트, 솜털 펄프, 고흡수성수지, 탄성체 및 방수성 배면시트 등으로 구성된 일회용 흡수제품에서 액체방수성 시트를 천연소재인 거즈에 부착된 방수필름 부위인 중앙부위(흡수체부위)만 방수성 필름으로 접착시켜 흡수체 부위를 제외한 전 부위가 거즈로 이루어지도록 하여 통풍성이 우수한 일회용 흡수제품(기저귀)이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 액체투과성 상부시트, 솜털펄프, 고흡수성수지, 탄성체 및 방수성배면시트 등으로 구성된 일회용 흡수제품에 있어서, 방수필름을 천연소재인 거즈에 부착하되 상기의 방수필름은 흡수체 부위만 커버될 수 있도록 하여 흡수체 부위를 제외한 전 부위가 거즈로 이루어지도록 함으로써 통풍성이 우수하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방수성 필름은 통기성 필름으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 방수성 필름은 비통기성 필름으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 거즈에 접착하는 방수성 필름의 폭(W2)은 전체 거즈폭(기저귀 폭:W1) 대비하여(W2/W1) 1/5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 천연소재인 거즈 제품은 천연 면소재로 구성된(Cotton) 거즈로서 15수 이상 100수 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 통기성 필름으로 접착(Lamination)할 경우 접착된 거즈의 통기도가 통기성 필름 통기도의 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
