Abstract
본 발명은 태양옅을 집열하여 난방 및 냉방에 이용하는 태양열 축열시스템의 작동제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은, 태양일조량의 변화에 관계없이 집열되는 온수의 온도를 일정하게 유지하고, 태양옅 집열판에서의 방열손실을 방지해주며 또한 유량의 양을 집열량에 대응하여 조절해 줌으로써 과도한 동력소비를 방지해 줄 수 있는 태양열 축열시스템의 작동제어방법을 제공하는 것이다. 전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해서, 본 발명은 태양열 집열판으로부터 수직성충형 축열조로 유입되는 온수의 온도를 온도감지센서로 검출하며 또한 온도검출시 공급유량을 유량계로 검출하여 제어수단에서 Q=CM1T1(Q : 집열량, C : 물의 비열, M, : 온도검출시 공급유량 및 T1: 검출온도)식에 의해 집열량 Q를 계산한 후 다시 Q=CM{(T1+ (T-T1)}(Q : 집열량, C : 물의 비열, M : 공급해야 할 유량, T1: 검출온도 및 T :설정온도)식에 의해 공급해야 할 유량 M을 결정하여 이에 따라 펌프의 작동을 제어함과 아울러 상기 설정온도 T를 필요에 의해 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양열 축열시스템의 작동재어방법을 제공한다.The present invention relates to an operation control method of a solar heat storage system used for heating and cooling by collecting solar heating, and an object of the present invention is to maintain a constant temperature of hot water that is collected regardless of a change in solar sunshine, It provides a method of controlling the operation of a solar heat storage system that prevents heat dissipation loss in the heat collecting plate and prevents excessive power consumption by adjusting the flow rate corresponding to the heat collection amount.
