Abstract
본 발명은 입수온도를 정밀도 좋게 연산에 의해 구할 수 있고, 출탕온도를 설정온도를 설정온도에 일치시키기 위한 가열량제어를 확실하면서도 신속하게 행할 수 있는 급탕기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.The present invention is to provide a hot water heater that can obtain water temperature with high precision and can perform heating amount control reliably and quickly to match the tapping temperature to the set temperature.
이를 위해 본 발명에서는 열교환기를 통과하는 물의 유량과 출탕온도를 각각 유량센서(5) 및 온도센서(6)를 매개로 단위시간마다 검출하고, 검출된 유량과 가열량연산부(14)에 의해 단위시간마다 구해진 열교환기의 가열량을 각가 유량기억부(13) 및 가열량기억부(15)에 시계열적으로 기억유지하며, 그후 유량데이타와 열교환기의 용량으로부터 열교한기에서의 물의 가열시간을 구하여 그 가열시간과 가열량데이터로부터 열교환기를 통과한 물의 상승온도를 구하고, 이 상승온도와 출탕온도로부터 열교환기로의 물의 입수온도를 구한다. 그리고 가열량연산부(14)는 구한 입수온도와 설정온도로부터 열교환기의 가열량을 설정하고 그 가열량에 의해 버너의 화력을 조정한다.To this end, in the present invention, the flow rate and tapping temperature of the water passing through the heat exchanger are detected for each unit time through the flow sensor 5 and the temperature sensor 6, respectively, and the unit flow time is detected by the detected flow rate and heating amount calculation unit 14.
