본 발명은 고강도레이온직물의 샌드워싱방법에 관한것으로서 고강도레이온직물의 샌드워싱방법에 있어서, 염색완료된 염색원단(10)을 수중으로 통과시켜 수분을 흡습케 하는 습식기모공정(11)후, 개략 탱크형상의 하우징(20)내에 하방분리샌드워싱수조(21)를 구비하고, 상방의 건조실(22)을 형성하며 건조실(22)에는 피드로울러(23, 23')를 구비하는 순환형 밀폐형급송수조인 로우프형워셔(12)내에서 샌드워싱을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하여; 종래의 탱크형 로우터리 수조가공방법에 비하여 로우프형워셔(12)에서 일련의 작업이 이루어지게 하여 공정을 대폭 단축하고 가공량도 증대하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

  1. 고강도레이온직물의 샌드워싱방법에 있어서, 염색완료된 염색원단(10)을 수중으로 통과시켜 수분을 흡습케 하는 습식기모공정(11)후, 개략 탱크형상의 하우징(20)내에 하방분리샌드워싱수조(21)를 구비하고, 상방의 건조실(22)을 형성하며, 건조실(22)에는 피드로울러(23, 23')를 구비하는 순환형 밀폐형급송수조인 로우프형워셔(12)내에서 샌드워싱을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도레이온직물의 샌드워싱방법.
