Abstract

본 발명은 쿨박스, 보온병, 보온도시락 등에 사용되는 단열용기와 그것에 적합한 단열재료 및 단열용기의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명의 단열용기는 내부용기와 외부용기가 일체로 접합된 2중벽 용기의 내외부 용기 사이에 단열층을 형성해서 이루어진 단열용기에 있어서, 이들 내부용기와 외부용기의 간극에 크세논, 크립톤, 아르곤 중 적어도 1종의 낮은 열전도성 가스를 봉지체에 봉입해서 이루어진 단열재료를 배치한 것이다. 이 단열용기의 제조방법은 2중벽 용기의 간극에 봉지체를 삽입하고, 간극에 삽입된 봉지체에 낮은 열전도율 가스를 충전하여 봉지체를 밀봉하는 공정을 구비하고 있다.The present invention relates to a heat insulating container used for a cool box, a thermos, a thermal insulation and the like, and to a method for manufacturing a heat insulating material and heat insulating container suitable for the same, wherein the heat insulating container of the present invention is a double wall container in which the inner container and the outer container are integrally bonded.
