Abstract
본 발명은 교량의 구조물을 구성하는 빔, 상판, 하판, 교각, 슈베어링(Shoe-Bearing)을 구성한 교좌장치, 난간등의 외부표면에 발청하는 녹면층을 효과적으로 제거하여 교량의 각 구조물에 녹면층이 재발생되지 않도록 하기 위한 교량의 부식방지를 위해 교량의 구성하는 모든 철구조물 표면에 발청한 녹면층을 4℃ 이하의 냉각건조공기로 브라스팅 행하여 제거하고, 상기에서 녹면층이 제거된 모든 철구조물의 표면에 다시 1차로 Zn, 2차로 Al으로 분사코팅하되 상기에서 Zn과 Al이 코팅된 교좌장치의 표면에는 윤활성 유지를 위하여 MO으로 프레임 스프레이로 코팅한 표면상에 이유화몰리브덴유로 재 코팅한 후에 상기한 모든 철구조물상에 통상의 에폭시 또는 비닐계 도장을 취하는 것에 그 특징이 있다.

Claims (1)
- 교량의 구성하는 모든 철구조물 표면에 발청한 녹면층을 4℃ 이하의 냉각 건조공기로 브라스팅 행하여 제거하고, 상기에서 녹면층이 제거된 모든 철구조물의 표면에 다시 1차로 Zn, 2차로 Al으로 분사코팅하되 상기에서 Zn과 Al이 코팅된 교좌장치의 표면에는 윤활성 유지를 위하여 MO으로 프레임 스프레이로 코팅한 표면상에 이유화몰리브덴유로 재 코팅한 후에 상기한 모든 철구조물상에 통상의 에폭시 또는 비닐계 도장을 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교량의 부식방지 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
