Abstract
본 발명은 변속기 조작용 배력장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 변속기의 시프트조작시 큰힘을 들이지 않고 부드럽게 시프트동작을 수행토록 하는 변속기 조작용 배력장치에 관한 것으로서, 일측에 연결조인트(3)와 연동하는 피스톤엔드(24)가 고정된 피스톤로드(20)에 구비된 피스톤(21)에 의해 좌측 및 우측압력실(42) (44)을 형성하는 하우징(40)을 구비하고 피스톤로드(20)내에 제공되는 한쌍의 유동밸브(72) (74)를 변속레버(1)와 연동하는 조작엔드(10) 및 조작로드(30)로서 개폐조작하는 것에 의해 배력이 피스톤엔드(24)로 출력토록 하는 변속기 조작용 배력장치에 있어서, 피스톤로드(20)상에 형성된 장공(22)상으로 관통삽입되어 소정의 유격을 보유하게 됨과 동시에 피스톤로드(20)의 내측에 이동가능하게 삽입되는 조작로드(30)에 볼트(14) 결합되는 조작엔드(10)와; 피스톤로드(20)의 내측에 삽입되는 캡(100)내로 삽입되고, 타측단에 일측으로 개방되며 밸브리프트핀(50)의 안쪽지점에서 반경방향으로 개방되는 배기공(74b)이 형성된 조작로드(30)와; 상기 밸브리프트핀(50)의 외측에 대해 소정의 유격(52a)을 갖으며 외주연이 피스톤로드(20)의 내측에 이동가능하게 결합되는 고정밸브시트(60)와; 고정밸브시트(60)의 양측에 탄성지지되어 밸브리프트핀(50)과 고정밸브시트간의 유격(52a)을 개폐하는 좌측유동밸브(72) 및 우측유동밸브(74)와; 고정밸브시트(60)상에 형성되고 밸브리프트핀(50)의 이동방향에 따라 제어되며 유격(52a)으로부터 상기 좌측압력실 또는 우측압력실(44)중 선택된 압력실로 압력을 유도하는 공급공(66) (68)과; 상기 고정밸브시트(60)의 일측에 피스톤로드(20)상에 나사결합되고 유입공(82)과 배출공(84)이 형성되어 있는 콘넥터(80)와; 고정밸브시트(60)의 타측에 제공되어 스페이서(110)에 의해 상기 캡(100)과 소정의 간격이 유지되는 튜브(90)를 구비함을 특징으로 하여 특히 버스나 트럭 등과 같이 변속조작에 큰힘을 필요로 하는 대형차량에 효율적으로 적용 실시되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a transmission operation power supply device, and more particularly, to a transmission operation power supply device to perform a shift operation smoothly without applying a large force during shift operation of the transmission, and interlocked with the connection joint (3) on one side.
