본 발명은 압축기내의 오일이 냉동싸이클내로 유입되는 것을 방지하여 실린더의 윤활성을 양호하게 하고 성능을 향상시키고자 발명한 밀폐형 로타리압축기의 유분리장치에 관한 것으로, 샤프트(40)를 일체로 고정설치하여 스테이터(20)에 의하여 회전하는 로우터(30)로 구성된 구동부와; 상기 구동부의 하방에 위치되어 냉매가스를 흡입 및 토출시키는 압축부와; 상기 압축부의 메인베어링(60)에 소음저감을 위하여 머플러구멍(11)이 형성된 머플러(110)를 설치하여 냉매가스와 오일혼합액이 토출되도록 급유부로 구성된 밀폐형 로타리압축기에 있어서, 스테이터(20)와 로우터(30)사이로 유입되는 압축기내의 오일을 분리시키기 위하여 상기 로우터(30)의 상부에 고정설치되는 원형 디스크의 유분리기(120)와, 머플러구멍(111)을 통하여 토출되는 냉매가스와 오일혼합액이 스테이터(20)와 로우터(30) 사이로 안내되도록 머플러에 일체로 세워지는 유분리가이드(130)로 구성한 것이다.The present invention relates to an oil separation device of the hermetic rotary compressor, which is invented to prevent oil from entering the compressor into the refrigeration cycle and to improve lubricity and improve performance of the cylinder.
