Abstract
본 발명은 분사식 염색 방법으로서 수용성 염료 용액을 원단에 직접 분사한 다음 이를 가압탱크에 넣고 스팀을 주입하여 100~150℃에서 20~40분간 가열하여 염색시키는 것으로 폐수의 발생이 전혀 없고 염료양을 줄일수 있으며 적은 에너지로 염색이 가능하다.

Claims (2)
- 원단에 0.00001~0.5%(중량)의 염료 용액을 분사한 다음 이를 가압탱크에 넣고 스팀을 주입하여 20~40분간 가열함을 특징으로 하는 분사식 염색 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 가열 온도는 100~150℃임을 특징으로 하는 분사식 염색 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
