CONSTITUTION:The softening agent preparation bath 1 is charged with aqueous medium of softening agent containing dispersed perfume and coloring agent, etc. The bath 1 is provided with the injection nozzle 3 for quaternary ammonium salt and the aqueous medium level 2 is adjusted to cover the nozzle 3 at any time. Quaternary ammonium compound is liquefied in the heating bath 7 and pressured by the pump 8, then passes through conduit 9 to be injected from the spray nozzle 3 into the water 2 for dispersion. Preferable spraying pressure is 20 to 400 kg/cm<2>.
