Abstract
본 발명은 분자량 3,500 내지 10만 범위의 저분자량 키톤산을 주성분으로 하는 항균제는 식품 보존제, 섬유의 항균 및 방취 가공제, 항균력과 살균력을 갖는 세제와 화장품의 첨가제로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

- 분자량 3,500 내지 10만 범위의 저분자량 키토산을 주성분으로 하는 항균제.
- 분자량 3,500 내지 10만 범위의 저분자량 키토산을 사용하는 항균 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 키토산을 1내지 2,00ppm의 농도로 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 키토산을 pH 3.5 내지 8.5범위에서 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
