Abstract

본 발명은 제련과정에서 발생되는 용융상태의 액상슬래그를 회수하여 중화시켜 부가가치가 높은 고강도의 건축용 자재를 제공함으로써 환경 오염을 방지하고 자원을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 건축용 자재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본원 발명의 철강 및 금속 제련 과정에서 부생되는 슬래그를 용융상태의 액상으로 분리회수하고, 상기 슬래그에 대한 중량비로서
를 가하여 잘 저으면서 슬래그의 염기성을 완전히 중화시키고 850∼1350℃에 CaO, MgO, SiO2, Aℓ2O3계의 중성염의 결정생장을 촉진 후 형틀에서 성형하여 시간당 150℃ 이하의 냉각 속도로 냉각하므로써 고 강도의 건축, 토목용 자재를 제조함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 철강 및 금속 제련 과정에서 부생되는 슬래그를 용융상태의 액상으로 분리회수하고, 상기 슬래그에 대한 중량부로서
    를 가하여 잘 저으면서 슬래그의 염기성을 완전히 중화시키고 850∼1350℃에 CaO, MgO, SiO2, Aℓ2O3계의 중성염의 결정생장을 촉진 후 형틀에서 성형하여 시간당 150℃ 이하의 냉각 속도로 냉각하므로써 고 강도의 건축, 토목용 자재를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 액상슬래그로부터 건축, 토목용 자재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그에 대한 중량비로서 백토 1∼15%를 가하여 슬래그를 발포시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 액상슬래그로부터 건축, 토목용 자재의 제조방법.
