Abstract

본 발명은 1400℃의 고온 영역에서 도막을 형성하여 표면강도 증감과 침식의 차단효과를 갖도록 할 목적으로 제조된 세라믹화이버 제품 또는 내화제품용 내열성 무기 세라믹 코팅제의 조성물에 관한 것으로, 융점조정제로 20㎛ 이하의 장석류 중에서 소다장석, 카리장석 등의 1종 또는 2종을 20∼50중량%, 고온에서의 형상유지 및 수축율의 조정을 위한 내열충진제를 10∼50중량%, 무기바인더를 고형분비로 0.1∼5중량%, 유기바인더를 0.1∼5중량%, 분산제 및 중점제를 0.1∼3중량%, 소포제를 0.1∼0.5중량%, 물을 10∼60중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 융점조정제로 장석류 중의 소다장석 또는 카리장석 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종을 20∼50중량%, 내열충진제를 10∼50중량%, 무기바인더를 고형분비로 0.1∼5중량%, 유기바인더를 0.1∼5중량%, 분산제 및 중점제를 0.1∼3중량%, 소포제를 0.1∼0.5중량%, 물을 10∼60중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 세라믹 코팅제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, NiC12·6H20,CuSO4·5H2O,Cr2(SO|4)3·18H2O, CoCl2·6H2O 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 금속산화물염을 착색제로서 코팅제 조성물 전체에 대하여 10∼100PPM 첨가하여 색상을 발현시킴을 특징으로 하는 무기 세라믹 코팅제 조성물.
