Abstract

본 발명은 트럭용 사이드 휀더 조립지그(30)에 관한 것으로, 선단에는 고리(1)를 형성하고 후미의 외주면으로는 나사부(2)를 형성한 레버(5)와, 내측에 형성한 나사공(6)에 의해 상기한 레버(5)의 나사부(2)에 체결되도록 한 장축너트(10)와, 레버(5)의 외주면에 결합되어 장축너트(10)의 체결에 따라 전후동하며 원통체(11)의 양측으로는 고정봉(12,13)을 부착한 가압구(15)로 이루어진 구성에 의해, 사이드 휀더(40)의 내측에 형성되어있는 관통공(41)과 차체(50)의 관통공(51)이 서로 일치하지 않을 경우에 사이드 휀더(40)를 차체(50) 방향으로 밀착하여 각 관통공(41,51)을 일치시켜 주므로써 사이드 휀더(40)의 조립을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 선단에는 고리(1)를 형성하고 후미의 외주면으로는 나사부(2)를 형성한 레버(5)와, 내측에 형성한 나사공(6)에 의해 상기한 레버(5)의 나사부(2)에 체결되도록 한 장축너트(10)와, 레버(5)의 외주면에 결합되어 장축너트(10)의 체결에 따라 전후동하며 원통체(11)의 양측으로는 고정봉(12,13)을 부착한 가압구(15)를 주요구성으로 하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭용 사이드 휀더 조립지그.
