Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 ABS(Anti-lock Brake System)에 있어서, 휠실린더에 유압을 공급하거나 회수하는 콘트롤밸브(Control Valve)를 개선한 것으로서, DC스텝모터(3)에 의해 유통공(11)(12)(13)과 유통홈(14)(15)이 형성된 로터리형스풀(10)이 입출공(5)(6)(7)이 통공된 실린던(4)내에서 회전함에 따라 브레이크 유압이 입출되면서 증압, 유지, 감압을 반복실시하도록 된 콘트롤밸브에 있어서, 회전자(3-1)의 상면 또는 저면에 접속편(32)을 돌설된 회전판(31)을 고정시키고 그 접속편(34)이 회전하는 원주상에 양단이 이격된 접속원주판(35)을 절연체에 고정시켜 그 양단에 전압을 공급하되 접속원주판(35)이 이격된 동일각의 회전판(31)선상에 접속점(32)을 접속시켜서 회전판(31)이 회전함에 따라 접속원주판(35)의 일단과 접속점(32)에서 얻어지는 가변전압 값을 인지하도록 된 회전각도감지장치(30)가 구비된 콘트롤밸브(1-1)인바, 회전각도감지장치(30)가 구비된 콘트롤밸브(1-1)는 회전차(3-1)가 정지한 위치를 회전편(33)의 접속편(34)이 접속원주판(35)상의 위치에 따른 접속점과 선행측단과의 가변전압으로 인지하고 별단의 전자콘트롤장치에 의해 회전자를 제로상태의 가변전압의 위치에 까지 회전시켜줄 수 있도록 함으로써 콘트롤 밸브가 차기 브레이크 기능을 즉시로 수행할 수 있도록 하여 신뢰성이 높은 ABS장치를 제공하여 안전운행에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. DC스텝모터(3)에 의해 유통공(11)(12)(13)과 유통홈(14)(15)이 형성된 로터리형 스풀(10)이 입출공(5)(6)(7)이 통공된 실린던(4)내에서 회전함에 따라 브레이크 유압이 입출되면서 증압, 유지, 감압을 반복실시하도록 된 콘트롤밸브에 있어서, 회전자(3-1)의 상면 또는 저면에 접속편(32)을 돌설된 회전판(31)을 고정시키고 그 접속편(34)이 회전하는 원주상에 양단이 이격된 접속원주판(35)을 절연체에 고정시켜 그 양단에 전압을 공급하되 접속원주판(35)이 이격된 동일각의 회전판(31)선상에 접속점(32)을 접속시켜서 회전판(31)이 회전함에 따라 접속원주판(35)의 일단과 접속점(32)에서 얻어지는 가변전압 값을 인지하도록 된 자동차용 자동차용 ABS(Anti-lock Brake System)장치의 콘트롤밸브(Contol Valve).
