Abstract

본 발명은 명화(名畵)나 사신등이 인쇄된 포스터등의 인쇄물에 인쇄되어 있는 화문(畵紋)을, 투명기재(透明基材)면에 전사하여, 원고 화문보다 선명하고 색상이 뛰어날뿐 아니라 시각적 투영감이 우수한 조명장식판을 얻을 수 있게 한 조명장식판의 인쇄화문 전사방법에 관한 것으로 투명기재를 필요로 하는 규격으로 절단하여 전사코자 하는 부위면을 정전기 처리 후, 접착액을 필요두께로 도막처리하여 건조시키는 한편, 인쇄물 원고의 임의 화문이 인쇄된 면에도 같은 접착액을 필요두께로 도막처리하여 자연건조시키는 공지의 공정과, 이 공정을 거친 투명기재 및 인쇄물원고의 접착액 도막면을 접면시켜, 균일하게 분사된 용제의 존재하에서 1차롤링 작업으로 투명기재면에 인쇄화문을 압착시킨 것을 정교하게 세척하여 인쇄화문의 인쇄물원고기지를 제거하는 공정과 여기에 동일 인쇄물이 동일화문을 망점상으로 중복 전사하는 2차롤링 작업공정과 이 2차롤링 작업물의 인쇄물 원고기지를 다시 정교하게 세척제거하는 공정과 이 공정을 거쳐서 건조된 투명기재의 이면에 백색 또는 유백색의 코팅막을 공지 방법에 따라 피막형성케 함을 특징으로 하는 조명장식판의 인쇄화문 전사방법이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 투명기재를 필요로 하는 규격으로 절단하여 전사코자 하는 부위면을 정전기 처리 후, 접착액을 필요두께로 도막처리하여 건조시키는 한편, 인쇄물 원고의 임의 화문이 인쇄된 면에도 같은 접착액을 필요두께로 도막처리하여 자연건조시키는 공지의 공정과, 이 공정을 거친 투명기재 및 인쇄물원고의 접착액 도막면을 접면시켜, 균일하게 분사된 용제의 존재하에서 1차롤링 작업으로 투명기재면에 인쇄화문을 압착시킨 것을 정교하게 세척하여 인쇄화문의 인쇄물원고기지를 제거하는 공정과 여기에 동일 인쇄물의 동일화문을 망점상으로 중복 전사하는 이 2차롤링 작업공정과 이 2차롤링 작업물의 인쇄물 원고기지를 다시 정교하게 세척제거하는 공정과 이 공정을 거쳐서 건조된 투명기재의 이면에 백색 또는 유백색의 코팅막을 공지 방법에 따라 피막형성케 함을 특징으로 하는 조명장식판의 인쇄화문 전사방법
