Abstract
본 발명은 중심의 코아와 최외곽의 접합링 사이에 별도의 중간결합링을 개재시켜 결합완성되는 다금속 코인류의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 경우 링의 내경면에 홈이나 돌기를 형성하고 코인의 외경면에 이에 대응되는 돌기나 홈 아니면 평면형태로 제작하여 링의 내측에 코아를 삽입하고 프레스 가공에 의한 링과 코아의 결합방식을 채택한 관계로 링의 경우 제작시 재료의 소모가 많고, 프레스가공시 대단히 큰 가압력을 요하며 링과 코아의 결합부위가 고르지 않아 불량의 원인이 되고 단순히 바이메탈만이 적용가능하므로 제품의 다양성 확보에 부족한 문제가 있었던바, 본 발명은 코아와 최외곽의 접합링 사이에 별도의 중간 결합링을 개재시키되 사용되는 링의 경우 파이프를 절단한 소재를 사용하여 스크랩이 없이 재료의 이용율을 높이면서 링의 폭이 두께보다 작고, 코아의 두께보다 두껍게 형성하여 기존보다 프레스의 가압력을 적게하여도 링의 변형량이 커져서 코아와 링의 밀착 고정결합이 용이하며, 적어도 링의 수효를 2개 이상 다수 사용가능하여 보다 다양한 코인류를 얻을 수 있도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a multi-metal coin to be completed by interposing a separate intermediate coupling ring between the core core and the outermost bonding ring, in the conventional case to form a groove or a protrusion on the inner diameter surface of the ring The ring is made of protrusions, grooves or planar shapes corresponding to the outer diameter of the coin, and the core is inserted into the ring.
