Abstract

이 발명은 고전압 니켈수소전지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 말하자면 낱개의 전지 내부에서 수개의 내부전지를 직렬로 연결하여 필요한 전압을 얻으므로써, 전지를 사용하는 기구에서 전지가 차지하는 부피를 줄이고 가격도 낮출 수 있는 고전압 니켈수소전지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 각가이 하나의 음극, 양극 그리고 세퍼레이터로 이루어진 수개의 내부전지와, 상기한 내부전지 사이에 삽입된 세퍼레이터와, 상기한 내부전지들의 음극과 양극을 직렬로 연결하여 고전압을 형성하는 내부연결단자와, 상기한 내부연결단자로 인하여 직렬로 연결된 상기 내부전지들 중에서 남은 음극 및 양극에 연결되어 외부에 출력을 전달하는 외부연결단자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 니켈수소전지.
  2. 각각 하나의 음극, 양극 그리고 세퍼레이터로 내부전지를 구성하는 단계와, 상기한 내부전지 사이에 세퍼레이터를 삽입하여 차례로 수개의 내부전지를 결합하는 단계와, 상기 내부전지의 음극과 다른 내부전지의 양극을 내부연결단자로 직렬 연결하는 단계와, 상기한 내부전지들 중에서 상기 내부연결단자로 연결되지 않고 남은 음극 및 양극에 외부연결단자를 연결하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 니켈수소전지의 제조방법.
