Abstract
본 발명은 슬랫 컨베이어(Slat Conveyor)상에 흐르는 전기, 전자 제품의 내전압, 접지저항, 절연저항의 검사 장치에 관한것으로서, 특히 종래 3개 공정에 걸쳐 검사하던 상기 검사 작업을 스톱퍼가 없는 슬랫 컨베이어상에서 1개 공정화하고,그 검사를 자동적으로 실행하여 양, 불량의 자동 판정과 기록을 수행할 수 있도록 한 슬랫 컨베이어상에서 제품의 전기특성 자동 검사 장치에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
