Abstract
메칠 알콜을 기화시켜 그 기화된 알콜을 디젤 엔진의 흡기 밸브에 공급하는것으로서 디젤 엔진 차량의 NOX를 저감한다.It reduces NO x in diesel engine vehicles by vaporizing methyl alcohol and feeding the vaporized alcohol to the intake valves of diesel engines.
메칠 알콜의 기화 용기를 엔진 룸에 설치하며 알콜 저장 용기를 엔진 룸밖의 차량 본체에 장착하는 것으로서 차량의 전원과 알콜 기화 용기와, 알콜 저장 용기와, 작동 상황 표시기가 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 것이며 알콜 기화 용기는 용기 하부에 초음파 진동자를 설치하여 측면벽에 플로트 스위치를 내장하는 작은 룸과 청정 공기의 흡입구 및 기화 알콜을 엔진에 공급하는 공급구를 설치하는 것과 알콜 저장 용기는 레벨계와 펌프와 제어 기판을 설치한 것으로 작동 표시기는 각부의 작동 상황을 표시하도록 되어 있는 것을 요건으로 하고 있다.The vaporization vessel of methyl alcohol is installed in the engine room and the alcohol storage vessel is attached to the body of the vehicle outside the engine room.
