Abstract

Claims (2)

  1. a) 플라스틱 필름 또는 시이트를 주형내에 넣고, b) 상기 필름 또는 시이트상에, (1) 분자량이 약 2500 내지 약 6500인 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 트리올 30 내지 100중량부, (2) 분자량이 약 2500내지 약 6500인 1종이상의 폴리에테르 디올 30 내지 100중량부, (3) 분자량이 450미만이고, 분자당 2 내지 4개의 히드록실기를 갖는 1종 이상의 유기 화합물 1 내지 20중량부, (4) 물 0.5 내지 4.0중량부 및 (5) 1종 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어진 폴리우레탄 성형 반응 혼합물을 주형을 충전시키기에 충분한 양으로 분무하거나 붓고, c) 주형을 잠그고, d) 상기 반응 혼합물을 충분히 반응시키고, e) 생성된 제품을 주형에서 이형시키는 것으로 이루어진 성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 성분(1) 내지 성분(4)의 100중량부당, 제1아미노기에 대해 오르토 위치에 1개 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1종 이상의 직쇄 또는 분지형 알킬 치환체를 갖고, 제2아미노기에 대해 오르토 위치에 1개 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1종 이상(바람직하게는 2종)의 직쇄 또는 분지형 알킬 치환체를 갖는 1종 이상의 입체 장애 방향족 디아민을 0.5 내지 5.0중량부를 함유하고, 상기 성분(1) 내지 성분(5) 및 상기 방향족 디아민의 양이 상기 반응 혼합물의 이소시아네이트 지수가 80 내지 110이도록 하는 양이고, 성분(1) 내지 성분(4)의 중량부는 100이라는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(1)의 양이 40 내지 60중량부이고, 성분(2)의 양은 40 내지 60중량부이며, 성분(3)의 양이 1 내지 6중량부이고, 성분(4)의 양이 1 내지 3중량부이며, 상기 입체 장애 방향족 아민의 양은 1 내지 4중량부인 방법.
