본 발명은 가입자가 여러개의 교환기가 인접해 있는 영역으로 이동할 때, 위치등록에 따른 무선에서 부하를 줄이고, 가입자의 위치 추적의 신뢰성을 높이고 유선에서의 부하를 분산시키기 위한 여러 교환기 인접한 영역에서 가입자 위치추적 방법에 관한 것으로 특히, 가입자는 기준셀을 관장하는 제어국에게 위치등록 요구를 하면 제어국은 교환기에게 가입자의 단말기 고유번호 및 식별번호와 가입자가 이동한 기준셀의 셀고유번호를 포함한 위치 업데이터 메세지를 전송하는 제1 과정과, 상기 제 1 과정에서 위치 업데이타 메세지를 수신한 교환기는 미리 저장한 지형 데이타 베이스와 상기 셀고유번호를이용하여 해당 셀고유번호를 기준으로 일정 등록거리내에 교환기가 있는지를 계산하는 제 2 과정 및 상기 제 2 과정에서상기 일정 등록거리영역내에 인접한 교환기가 존재한다고 판단되면, 상기 위치 업데이타 메세지와 상기 제 2 과정에서 계산되어진 결과를 조합하여 상기 제어국에 전송하는 제 3 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여러 교환기 인접한 영역에서 가입자 위치추적을 위한 위치등록 방법및 그에 따른 루팅방법을 제공하면, 가입자가 여러 교환기가 인접한 지역으로이동하여 거리기준 위치등록방식을 할 때 한 교환기가 HLR에 위치등록을 하고 다른 교환기에 대한 위치정보를 HLR에 저장하고 루팅할 때 이 정보를 이용하므로 경계지역에서 가입자가 교환기 사이로 반복해서 움직일 때 생기는 위치등록 부하를줄이고 가입자를 교환기에서 잃어 버릴 가능성을 줄일수 있는 효과가 있다.According to the present invention, when a subscriber moves to an area where several exchanges are adjacent to each other, the location of subscribers in several adjacent areas of the switch for reducing the load in the wireless according to the location registration, increasing the reliability of the tracking of the subscriber and distributing the load on the wireline In particular, the method relates to a tracking method.
