Abstract

본 발명은 광디스크 플레이어에 관한 것으로, 종래의 광디스크 플레이어는 디스크를 턴테이블에 안착시키기 위한 트레이이송수단의 구동원인 로딩모터(7)와, 턴테이블에 안착된 디스크를 회전시키기 위한 디스크회전수단의 구동원인 스핀들모터(10)가 별개로 설치되므로 장치의 동력원이 이원화되어 있어 그에 따른 부품수 증가와 제조비의 상승이라는 문제가 있었는 바, 메인베이스(1)의 하면에 설치되는 동력원인 구동모터(21)와, 상기 구동모터(21)에 구동에 의해 디스크(2)가 탑재된 트레이(3)를 로딩위치로 이송시키는 트레이 이송수단과, 상기 구동모터(21)에 의해 디스크(2)를 회전구동시키는 디스크 회전수단과, 상기 구동모터(21)의 정, 역회전에 의해 모터의 회전력을 상기 트레이 이송수단과 디스크 회전수단에 선택적으로 전달하는 아이들러 기어(22)(23)와, 상기 트레이(3)를 로딩위치에서 고정시키는 클램퍼(24)와, 상기 클램퍼(24)를 지지하는 클램퍼지지대(25)와, 상기 디스크(2)의 신호를 읽어들이는 픽업(26)으로 구성되어 하나의 동력원으로 디스크가 로딩 및 언로딩되도록 구성한 본 발명을 제공하여 부품수가 절감되어 제조비가 저하되고, 데크의 구조가 간소화되며, 시스템의 콘트롤이 용이해지도록 한 것이다.

제5도는 본 발명에 의한 광디스크 플레이어의 구성 및 동작을 보인 것으로, (가)는 트레이 이송개시 상태의 단면도, (나)는 트레이 이송완료 및 클램핑 상태의 단면도, 제6도는 본 발명에 의한 광디스크 플레이어의 로딩구동계를 보인 것으로, (가)는 트레이 인(Tray in) 상태의 평면도 및 B-B선 단면도, (나)는 플레이 모드 상태의 평면도 및 C-C선 단면도. (다)는 트레이 아웃(Tray out) 상태의 평면도 및 D-D선 단면도, 제7도는 본 발명에 의한 이송부재의 외관사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 메인베이스의 하면에 설치되는 동력원인 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터에 구동에 의해 디스크가 탑재된 트레이를 로딩위치로 이송시키는 트레이 이송수단과, 상기 구동모터에 의해 디스크를 회전구동시키는 디스크 회전수단과, 상기 구동모터의 정역회전에 의해 모터의 회전력을 상기 트레이 이송수단과 디스크 회전수단에 선택적으로 전달하는 아이들러 기어와, 상기 트레이를 로딩위치에서 고정시키는 클램퍼와, 상기 클램퍼를 지지하는 클램퍼지지대와, 상기 디스크의 신호를 읽어들이는 픽업으로 구성되어 하나의 동력원으로 디스크가 로딩 및 언로딩되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 플레이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트레이 이송수단은 상기 아이들러 기어와 연동되는 연동기어와, 상기 연동기어와 연결설치되어 트레이를 좌우로 이동시키는 이송부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 플레이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 회전수단은 상기 아이들러 기어와 연동되는 연동기어와, 상기 연동기어에 의해 회전되는 턴테이블과, 상기 연동기어 및 턴테이블이 설치되어 트레이의 이송이 완료되면 턴테이블을 디스크안착위치로 이동시키는 슬라이드베이스와, 상기 슬라이드베이스를 상하로 이동시키는 이송부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 플레이어.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이송부재의 상단부는 트레이 이송을 위한 이송기어부와 트레이 클램핑을 위해 기어가 형성되지 않은 공간부를 갖는 이송기어가 형성되고, 몸체부에는 상기 슬라이드베이스를 상하로 이동시키는 캠기어가 형성되며, 상기 이송기어와 트레이 사이에는 이송기어의 회전력을 트레이로 전달하는 연동기어가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 플레이어.
