Abstract

본 발명은 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 신분 보장 시스템의 사용자는 개인별 확인 코드를 기입하도록 유도되고, 그 후에 개인별 확인 코드가 신분 보장 시스템에 수신된다. 사용자에 의해 기입된 개인별 확인 코드는 공인된 개인별 확인 코드의 리스트와 대조된다. 사용자는 본인에 의해 기입된 개인별 확인 코드가 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트에 있을 경우에만 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자로서 인정된다. 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트상의 각각의 개인별 확인 코드는 다수개의 코어 디지트와 다수개의 체크 디지트를 포함하는 개인별 코드 포맷에 배열된다. 체크 디지트의 첫번째는 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 제1그룹에 의거하는 값을 가지며, 체크 디지트의 두번째는 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 제2그룹에 의거하는 값을 갖고, 두개 이상의 제1그룹은 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 제2그룹과 상이한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따르는 공인된 시스템 사용자를 확인하기 위한 자동시스템의 블록도이다, 제2도는 제1도의 자동 시스템과 함께 사용되는 일련의 신분보장 개인별 확인 코드를 산출하는 시스템의 작동을 도시한 흐름도이다.

Claims (24)

  1. (A) 신원 보장 시스템의 사용자가 신원 보장 시스템내로 개인별 확인 코드를 기입하도록 유도하는 단계,(B) 사용자에 의해 기입된 개인별 확인 코드를 신원 보장 시스템이 수신하는 단계, (C) 사용자에 의해 기입된개인별 확인 코드를 공인된 개인별 확인 코드의 리스트와 대조하는 단계 및, (D) 사용자에 의해 기입된 개인별확인 코드가 공인된 개인별 확인 코드에 있을 경우에만 사용자를 신원 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자로 확인하는 단계를 포함하며, 여기에서 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트상의 각 개인별 확인 코드는 다수개의 코어디지트와 다수개의 체크 디지트를 포함하는 개인별 확인 코드 포맷으로 배열되고, 상기 체크 디지트의 첫번째는 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 제1그룹에 의거하는 값을 가지며, 상기 체크 디지트의 두번째는 두개 이상의코어 디지트의 제2그룹에 의거하는 값을 가지며, 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상기 제1그룹은 두개 이상의 코어디지트의 상기 제2그룹과 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 체크 디지트가 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상이한 그룹에 의거하는 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 디지트와 상기 체크 디지트가 상기 개인별 확인 코드 포맷 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 코어 디지트가 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상기 제1그룹의 합계의 계수 n 리메인더(remainder)이고, n이 양의 정수임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, n이 10 이하임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 두번째 코어 디지트가 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상기 제2그룹의 계수 m 리메인더이고, m이 양의 정수임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, m이 10 이하임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, n과 m이 동일함을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 신원 보장 시스템이 관련된 상기 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트에서 각각의 유일한개인별 확인 코드를 갖는 다수의 사용자에게 기밀의 의학 검사 결과를 전달하기 위한 전화 통화 시스템의 포함함을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 사용자 각각이 공인된 개인별 확인 코드에 의해서만 상기 전화 통화 시스템에게 인지되는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 단계 (A)가, 상기 사용자가 본인과 관련된 개인별 확인 코드를 전화 통화 시스템에기입하도록 유도하는 전화선을 통해 기록된 메시지를 재생시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기밀의 의학 검사 결과가 HIV 검사 결과에 해당하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  13. (A) 신분 보장 시스템의 사용자가 신분 보장 시스템에 개인별 확인 코드를 기입하도록 유도하는 사용자 유도수단, (B) 상기 사용자 유도 수단에 접속되고, 사용자에 의해 기입된 개인별 확인 코드의 대표적인 제1디지탈 신호를 상기 신분 보장 시스템이 수신하기 위한 개인별 확인 코드 수신 수단, (C) 상기 개인별 확인 코드수신 수단과 접속되고, 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트를 저장하기 위한 저장 수단, (D) 상기 저장 수단과접속되고, 사용자에 의해 기입된 개인별 확인 코드를 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트와 대조하기 위한 대조수단 및, (E) 상기 대조 수단과 접속되고, 사용자가 신분보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자인가를 확인하는 제2디지탈 신호를 수신하기 위한 사용자 공인 수단을 포함하며, 여기에서 사용자는 사용자에 의해 기입된 상기 개인별확인 코드가 상기 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트에 있을 경우에만 상기 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자로서 확인된다.
    여기에서 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트상의 각 개인별 확인 코드는 다수개의 코어 디지트와 다수개의 체크 디지트를 포함하는 개인별 확인 코드 포맷으로 배열되고, 상기 체크 디지트의 첫번째는 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 제1그룹에 의거하는 값을 가지며, 상기 체크 디지트의 두번째는 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 제2그룹에 의거하는 값을 갖고, 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상기 제1그룹은 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상기 제2그룹과 상이함을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 각각의 체크 디지트가 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상이한 그룹에 의거하는 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상 코어 디지트와 상기 체크 디지트가 개인별 확인 코드 포맷 사이에 끼워짐을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1코어 디지트가 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상기 제1그룹의 합계의 계수 n 리메인더이고, n이 양의 정수임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, n이 10 이하임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 두번째 코어 디지트가 두개 이상의 코어 디지트의 상기 제2그룹의 계수 m 리메인더이고, m이 양의 정수임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, m이 10임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, n과 m이 동일함을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  21. 제13항에 있어서, 신분 보장 시스템이 관련된 상기 공인된 개인별 확인 코드 리스트에서 각각의 유일한 개인별 확인 코드를 갖는 다수의 사용자에게 기밀의 의학 검사 결과를 전달하기 위한 전화 통화 시스템을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 사용자 각각이 공인된 개인별 확인 코드에 의해서만 상기 전화 통화 시스템에게 인지되는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 사용자 유도 수단이, 전화 통화 시스템에 사용자와 관련된 개인별 확인 코드를 기입할 것을 사용자에게 유도하는 전화선을 통해 기록된 메시지를 재생하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 기밀의 의학 검사 결과가 HIV 검사 결과에 해당하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 신분 보장 시스템의 공인된 사용자를 확인하기 위한 장치.
