Abstract
본 발명은 공기조화기에 사용되는 열교환기의 핀에 돌출된 스트립을 열전도흐름 방향으로 형성하여 열교환효율의 향상 및 압력손실을 예방하고자 발명한 열교환기의 열교환구조에 관한 것으로, 설정된 간격마다 다수적층되어 열전되도록 하는 핀(10)과, 핀(10)에 대하여 직각으로 관통되어 이송되는 냉매가 열교환되도록 하는 진열관(20)으로 구성된 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 전열관(20)을 중심으로 점차적으로 퍼져가는 등온선의 직각 방향으로 휘어져서 열전도 흐름방향으로 스트립(11)을 돌출형성하여 열교환기의 열교환구조를 구성한 것이다.The present invention relates to a heat exchange structure of the heat exchanger invented to improve the heat exchange efficiency and prevent pressure loss by forming a strip protruding in the heat conduction flow direction of the fins of the heat exchanger used in the air conditioner, and is laminated multiple times at set intervals.
