Abstract

PURPOSE:To largely increase the heat exchanging efficiency of a heat exchanger, by disturbing the air flow by providing blade projections and air through holes on the flat part of a corrugated fin in the state that they are gradually slipped off the direction of the draft toward both sides of a fin. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 1 has refrigerant passages 4, and is composed of flattened tubes 2, consisting of aluminum extrusion-casted material being bent in the zigzag state, when they are observed from the flat surface, and corrugated fins 3, made of aluminum plate, disposed in the draft gap 5 between the straight tube parts 2a of flattened tubes 2 facing to each other.
