Abstract
본 발명은 팽창용적 (20a,22a)을 가압유체(30)원과 대기를 상호 연결하는 본체(110,114)를 포함하는 압력 릴리프 밸브(61)에 관한 것이다. 한쌍의 밸브부재(120,122)는 용적(20a,22a)의 제어된 팽창 및 수축을 허락하고, 소오스와 용적 사이의 유체통로와 통기유체를 용적에서 대기까지 폐쇄시켜 용적의 두개 이상의 소정의 유압을 성취한다.

제1도는 본 밸브가 사용되는 CTI 시스템의 개략도, 제2도는 중심에서 택한 폐쇄위치의 단면도, 제3도는 선 3-3을 따라 택한 제2도의 밸브의 부분 단면도, 제4도는 적재된 압력위치의 밸브를 도시하지만, 제2도와 유사한 릴리프 밸브의 단면도.
Claims (13)
- 가압유체(20a,22a)의 용적과 유체 연통하는 제1포트(110b)와; 상기 용적의 유압을 증가시키기 위해 가압유체(30)원에 유체로 연결된 제2포트(110d)와; 상기 용적에 대기로의 가압유체의 통기를 제어하는 제3포트(128c,126e)와;상기 본체에 배설되어서 상기 제1포트와 제2포트 사이에 유체유동을 교대로 허락 및 방지하게 이동 가능한 제1밸브부재(122)와; 상기 제1밸브부재내에 이동 가능하게 배설되고, 상기 제1밸브부재가 상기 제1 및 제2포트 사이에 유체유동을 금지할 때 유체유동을 상기 제1포트에서 상기 통기포트로 선택적으로 허락하는 제2밸브부재(120)와 ; 상기 제1포트의 압력이 상기 제1 및 제2바이어싱 수단의 결합에 의해 발생한 힘을 극복하기에 불충분할 때까지 유체를 흐르게 하므로서 상기용적의 유압을 제1소정의 압력으로 하는 제1바이어싱 수단(136)과; 상기 제1포트의 압력이 상기 제1 및 제2바이어싱 수단의 결합에 의해 발생한 힘을 극복하기에 불충분할 때까지 유체를 유동시키므로서 상기 용적압력을 제2소정의 압력으로되도록 상기 제1바이어싱 수단과 협동하여 선택적으로 작용하는 제2바이어싱 수단(148)을 구비한 본체(110,114)를 포함하는 밸브 조립체(61).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1바이어싱 수단은 스프링(136)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2바이어싱 수단은 스프링(148)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1밸브부재를 이동시키는 제1작동수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1작동수단은 핀(124)과 캠 슬롯(142)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2바이어싱 수단을 선택적으로 맞물리고 분리하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1소정의 압력이 비적재 차량의 전체 높이를 감소시키기에 알맞는 것을 특징으로하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2소정의 압력이 짐운반 차량의 전체 높이를 감소시키는데 적합한 것을 특징으로하는 밸브 조립체.
