Abstract
본 발명은 구조를 대형화하지 않고 풍량의 증대, 소음의 감소를 실현하여 가는 덕트를 사용하더라도 풍량의 저하, 소음의 증대를 초래하지 않도록 케이싱을 개량한 원심송풍기에 관한 것으로서, 케이싱(17)을 원심날개바퀴의 단면이 축방향으로 긴 타원형이며, 그 축방향의 폭(B)이 노즈부(19)로부터 원심날개바퀴(13)의 회전방향(R)을 향하여 점차 커지고, 그 최대폭(Bmax) 부분이 배출구까지의 사이에 존재하도록 형성하므로써 케이싱(17)의 축방향의 팽창율을 크게 하여 케이싱(17)의 실질적인 팽창율을 확보할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 단면이 축방향으로 긴 타원형인 케이싱(17)은 종래의 단면이 직사각형상인 케이싱의 모퉁이에서 발생하는 이차 흐름, 즉 소용돌이류 등을 제거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a centrifugal blower in which a casing is improved so as not to cause a decrease in air volume and an increase in noise even when using a duct that realizes an increase in air volume and a reduction in noise without increasing the size of the structure.
