Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 엔진예열장치에 관한 것으로, 기존의 글로우플러그 및 글로우플러그의 가열을 위한 별도의 전기에너지가 필요 없도록 엔진(11)의 한쪽에 갖춰진 제1냉각쳄버(12a)와 엔진(11)으로부터 소정간격이 떨어진 위치에 설치된 제2냉각챔버(12b)에 냉각시스템(13)으로부터 냉각된 냉각수가 순환되도록 냉각수공급파이프(14)가 설치되고, 상기 제2냉각쳄버(12b)에는 수소저장합금(15)이 밀착되게 설치됨과 더불어, 이 수소저장합금(15)에는 상기 수소봄베(16)에서 배출된 수소가 수소저장합금(15)과 발열반응을 일으키면서 순환되도록 수소공급파이프(17)가 설치되는 한편, 상기 수소저장합금(15)에서 수소봄베(16)로 순환되는 통로인 수소공급파이프(17)의 소정위치에는 반응된 수소의 순환을 선택적으로 제어하는 체크밸브(18)가 설치된 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명 차량의 엔진예열장치를 나타내는 제1실시예의 블록도, 제2도는 본 발명 차량의 엔진예열장치를 나타내는 제2실시예의 블록도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 엔진(11)의 한쪽에 갖춰진 제1냉각쳄버(12a)와 엔진(11)으로부터 소정간격이 떨어진 위치에 설치된 제2냉각쳄버(12b)에 냉각시스템(13)으로부터 냉각된 냉각수가 순환되도록 냉각수공급파이프(14)가 설치되고, 상기 제2냉각쳄버(12b)에는 수소저장합금(15)이 밀착되게 설치됨과 더불어, 이 수소저장합금(15)에는 상기 수소봄베(16)에서 배출된 수소가 수소저장합금(15)과 발열반응을 일으키면서 순환되도록 수소공급파이프(17)가 설치되는 한편, 상기 수소저장합금(15)에서 수소봄베(16)로 순환되는 통로인 수소공급파이프(17)의 소정위치에는 반응된 수소의 순환을 선택적으로 제어하는 체크밸브(18)가 설치된 차량의 엔진예열장치.
  2. 엔진(11)의 한쪽에 갖춰진 제1냉각쳄버(12a)와 엔진(11)으로부터 소정간격이 떨어진 위치에 설치된 제2냉각쳄버(12b)에 냉각시스템(13)으로부터 냉각된 냉각수가 순환되도록 냉각수공급파이프(14)가 설치되고, 상기 제2냉각쳄버(12b)에는 수소저장합금(15)이 밀착되게 설치됨과 더불어, 이 수소저장합금(15)에는 상기 수소봄베(16)에서 배출된 수소가 수소저장합금(15)과 발열반응을 일으키면서 순환되도록 수소공급파이프(17)가 설치되는 한편, 상기 수소저장합금(15)에서 수소봄베(16)로 순환되는 통로인 수소공급파이프(17)의 소정위치에는 반응된 수소의 순환을 선택적으로 제어하는 체크밸브(18)가 설치된 차량의 엔진예열장치.
