Abstract

본 발명은 변부와 중앙부의 두께가 균일한 부직포 제조용 니들펀칭기이다.
본 발명은 베드 플레이트가 곡률반경을 가지도록 하여서 스트리퍼 플레이트와의 간격이 변부쪽은 넓고 중앙부쪽은 좁게한 것이다. 또 본 발명은 베드 플레이트를 수개의 세그먼트로 구성시키되 스크류잭으로 지지하여 그 곡률반경이 가변화 될 수 있게 하여서 정밀하게 그 간격이 자동조절이 될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명의 니들펀칭기는 부직포에 펀칭되는 니들의 깊이를 변부와 중앙부쪽이 다르도록 하여서 니들펀칭에 의하여 변부쪽이 더 두꺼워지는 문제점을 해결하여 두께가 균일한 부직포를 제조할 수 있다.

제1도는 크로스랩핑(Cross lapping)된 배트(Batt)가 니들펀칭에 의하여 변부가 두꺼워지는 현상을 나타낸 설명도, 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 니들펀칭기의 요부측면도, 제3도는 고정형 베드플레이트를 가진 본 발명에 의한 니들펀칭기의 요부정면도, 제4도 (가)(나)는 본 발명에 사용되는 가변형 플레이트(Bed plate)의 예시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 부직포 제조용 니들펀칭기에 있어서, 베드 플레이트(3)가 일정한 곡률반경을 가져서 베드 플레이트(3)와 스트리퍼 플레이트(2)와의 간격이 양변부쪽은 넓고 중앙부쪽은 좁게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 부직포 제조용 니들펀칭기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간격이 다음식을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 부직포 제조용 니들펀칭기.
    양변부의 간격-중앙부의 간격≤10mm
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 베드 플레이트(3)가 고정된 곡률반경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 부직포 제조용 니들펀칭기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 베드 플레이트(3)가 수개의 세그먼트(3a∼3e)로 되어 있고 세그먼트의 양단부가 스크류잭(4)으로 지지되어서 그 곡률을 변경할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 제조용 니들펀칭기.
