Abstract

본 발명은 제2철이온과 수소이온의 빠른 환원작용으로 도금용액의 농도과리를 용이하게 할 수 있게 할 뿐 아니라, 침전물의 생성 억제로 침전물의 여과공정 생략에 따라 그 만큼의 생산성 향상을 기대할 수 있게 하는 철-망간계합금 도금용 도금용액중의 제2철이온 제거방법을 제공하기 위하여 철-망간합금을 도금하는 도금용액에 망간이나, 또는 80% 이상의 망간을 함유한 망간-철합금을 환원제로 투입하여 용존산소 및 수소와의 반응으로 생성된 제2철이온을 제1철이온으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 철-망간합금을 도금하는 도금용액에 망간이나, 또는 80% 이상의 망간을 함유한 망간-철합금을 환원제로 투입하여, 용존산소 및 수소와의 반응으로 생성된 제2철이온을 제1철이온으로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 철-망간계합금 도금용 도금용액중의 제2철이온 제거방법.
