Abstract

본 발명은 크랭크샤프트의 이송장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 이송장치(1)가 주프레임(2)에 2열로 배열된 가이드 샤프트(3)와, 이 가이드샤프트(3)의 양선단부에 습동가능하게 끼워진 하우징(4), 이 하우징(4)을 좌/우측방향으로 연동되게 설치된 실린더(6)와 하우징(4)의 선단에 접합되어 테이퍼롤러(8)를 구비한 아암(7)으로 이루어져, 상기 실린더(6)의 동작에 따라 좌우방향으로 이동가능한 테이퍼롤러(8)가 크랭크샤프트(9)를 클램핑하여 이 크랭크샤프트(9)를 실린더블럭에 이송가능하게 함으로써 작업자의 노동강도를 줄이면서 이송작업에 효율성을 꾀할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 대략 “ㄷ”자형상의 주프레임(2)에 가이드샤프트(3)가 2열로 나란하게 배열되어 장착되고, 이 가이드샤프트(3)의 양선단부에 습동가능하게 하우징(4)이 끼워지되 이 하우징(4)은 주프레임(2)에 고정된 실린더(6)에 좌/우측방향으로 연동되게 설치되며, 상기 하우징(4)의 선단에는 아암(7)이 접합되면서 아암(7)의 선단에는 안쪽으로 돌출되면서 그 선단이 소정각도로 테이퍼지게 형성된 테이퍼롤러(8)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크샤프트의 이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(4)의 일측에는 주프레임(2)과 연결된 조정나사(10)와 스톱퍼(11)를 구비하고 있어서, 상기 테이퍼롤러(8)가 크랭크샤프트(9)를 클램핑할 때 충격을 저감시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크샤프트의 이송장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼롤러(8)는 선단이 45°정도로 경사지게 형성되어 각 차종에 따른 다양한 형태의 크랭크샤프트(9)를 클램핑할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크샤프트의 이송장치.
