Abstract
본 발명은 속도센서와 브레이크량 측정부를 이용하여 속도와 브레이크량의 관계가 한계점 이상의 브레이크인가를 측정함으로써 한계점 이상인 경우에 자동으로 헤저드를 발생시킬 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 속도와 브레이크량을 이용한 헤저드 자동발생장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 자동차에 있어서는 헤저드를 운전자가 직접 손으로 조작하기 때문에 긴급한 경우에는 후행차에 경보를 행하는 시간이 늦는 경우가 발생하고, 또는 운전자에 따라서는 이 신호를 발생시키지 않아 후행차와의 추돌상황을 야기하는 문제점이 있어, 본 발명은 속도와 브레이크량을 이용하여 혜저드를 자동으로 발생시켜주고, 일정시간 또는 일정감속도 이상의 경우에 이 신호를 제거함으로써 후행차와의 추돌위험을 감소시키도록 한 것이다.According to the present invention, a speed sensor and a brake amount measuring unit may generate a hazard automatically when the relationship between the speed and the brake amount is greater than or equal to the threshold by measuring whether the brake is greater than or equal to the threshold.
