Abstract
본 발명은 차량의 전방과 후방의 소정위치에 위치하면서 사람의 접근을 감지하는 인체감지센서와, 상기 인체감지센서의 주변에 설치되어 다를 물체와의 충돌상태를 감지하는 충돌센서와, 상기 인체감지센서 및 충돌센서의 감지결과를 입력받으면서 전체적인 동작을 제어하는 마이크로 프로세서와, 상기 마이크로 프로세서의 제어를 받으면서 기 입력된 차량의 번호를 출력하는 메모리와, 상기 마이크로 프로세서로부터의 클럭을 카운트하면서 현재의 정확한 시간정보를 출력하는 타이머와, 차량이 시동커이에 의하지 않고 엔진이 가동될 때를 인식하여 도난의 여부를 마이크로 프로세서에 전하는 도난감지부와, 상기의 인체감지센서, 충돌센서 및 도난감지부에 의한 사고의 종류는 물론 타이머에 의한 사고발생시간을 저장하는 비휘발성 메모리와, 사고발생시 차량의 번호를 무선신호로 송출하는 송신부들로 구성함으로써 차량의 사고와 도난의 여부를 인식하여 인근의 경찰관서에 자신의 차량번호를 알려주는 동시에 사고발생의 종류와 발생시간을 비휘발성 메모리에 저장하여 다음에 해독할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 차량의 소정위치에서 인체의 접근과 충돌상태를 인식하기 위한 인체감지센서(1) 및 충돌센서(2)와, 차량의 도난 상태를 인식하기 위한 도난감지부(3)와, 상기의 인체감지센서(1), 충돌센서(2) 및 도난감지부(3)를 통한 감지 결과에 따라 사고의 발생을 판단하면서 전체적인 동작을 제어하는 마이크로 프로세서(4)와, 상기 마이크로 프로세서(4)의 제어를 받으면서 사고의 종류와 발생시간을 보존하는 비휘발성 메모리(7)와, 상기 마이크로 프로세서(4)의 제어를 받으면서 메모리(5)에 저장된 차량번호의 데이타를 무선 송출하는 송신부(8)들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량의 도난 및 사고 추적장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
