본 발명의 퍼지기능을 이용한 차량의 공조 제어장치는 퍼지기능을 이용하여 차량의 공조 제어기능을 향상시킴은 물론 차량의 실내공기를 보다 쾌적하게 조절하는 것으로서 종래의 공조 제어장치는 설정온도의 도달특성 및 응답성 등의 제어특성을 개선하는 데 한계가 있고, 특정환경 이외의 영역에서는 정상상태의 설정온도에 대한 지속적인 편차가 발생할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 많은 경험과 실험이 요구되었다. 본 발명은 설정값과 센서들의 검출값 간의 편차와 편차의 합을 검출하여 멤버쉽 함수로 소속도를 결정하고, 퍼지규칙으로 결정된 소속도에 대한 제어값을 결정하며, 결정한 제어값에 따라 흡입댐퍼, 블로워 모터, 공기혼합 댐퍼 및 모드댐퍼의 작동량을 결정하여 제어함으로써 편차의 크기가 작아도 편차의 합에 의해 지속적으로 보상을 수행하므로 모든 환경조건에서 양호한 공조 제어성능을 확보할 수 있음은 물론 외란에 대한 응답성이 우수하여 차량의 실내공기를 항상 쾌적한 상태로 유지할 수 있다.The air conditioning control device of the vehicle using the fuzzy function of the present invention improves the air conditioning control function of the vehicle by using the fuzzy function, and also controls the indoor air of the vehicle more comfortably.
