Abstract

2∼6개의 스틸코드(4)와 고무 (4′)의 복합체로된 필라멘트(5)를 병열로 평행하게 배열하고 이를1∼2개의 필라멘트(5)로 감싼 보강제를 카카스부에 적용한 공기압 래디알 타이어로서, 종래의 다른 보강제로 된 타이어보다 승차감 주행 내구력, 조정 안정성 등이 특히 우수해진 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 2∼6개의 스틸코드(4)와 고무(4′)의 복합체로된 필라멘트(5)를 병렬로 평행하게 배열하고 이를 1-2개를 필라멘트(5)로 감싼 보강제 (6)를 공기입 타이어의 카카스부에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 래디알 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트(5)를 구성하는 스틸코드(4)의 직경은 0.20∼0.30 밀리미터 범위이며, 감싼 필라멘트의 스틸코드의 직경 (6)은 0. 10∼0.20 밀리미터 범위로 함을 특징으로 하는 공기입 래디알 타이어.
  3. 필라멘트(5) 내의 스틸코드를 센티미터당 4.0∼8.0개가 배열되고, 입혀진 고무의 두께 (t)는 스틸코드(4)는 직경 (d)의 1.2∼2.5배인 0.48∼1.75 밀리미터인 카카스 복합체.
