Abstract

종래에도 발포체를 얻기 위하여 화학적 발포 방법을 사용하였으며 이에 의하면 화학반응에 의해 나오는 기체를 열가소성 수지 안에 잡아 둠으로써 발포체를 얻는 것이고, 물리적 발포에 의한 방법은 기핵제와 발포제를 열가소성지안에 넣어 혼련시킨다음 다이를 통과시켜 나오면서 압력을 떨어뜨려 발포체를 얻도록 하였다.Conventionally, a chemical foaming method has been used to obtain a foam.
