본 발명은 사출기에서 성형되는 TV케이스, 모니터케이스등 각종 성형물들을 취출할때 사용되는 취출로보트에 있어서 러너축의 스트로크를 조정하여 주는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 지지대(21)에 삽입되고 Y축(3)에 고정되어 있는 나사봉(22)을 정역 회전시킴에 따라 볼링크(16)로 연결된 실린더(10)의 브라켓트(11)를 이동시킬 수 있도록 된 것에 있어서, 지지대(21)에 유통공(21-1)을 통공하여 나사봉(22)을 삽입하고 그 나사봉(22)에는 베어링(23-1)에 의해 회전자재하게 지지대(23)에 고정되는 타이밍풀리(24)를 나사결합하여 정역모터(27)의 타이밍풀리(25)와 타이밍벨트(26)로 연결하거나, 또는 지지대(21)에 나사공(21-2)을 형성하여 기어풀리(30)가 고정된 나사봉(22)을 나사결합시키고 전동기어풀리(32)를 개입시켜 그 기어풀리(30)와 정역모터(27)의 기어풀리(31)를 치합시키되 전동기어풀리(32)는 치차의 폭을 크게하고 베어링(34)을 개입시켜 고정되는 축(33)에 축착시켜서 된 것인바, 정역모터(27)의 정역회전시키면 타이밍풀리(24)(25) 타이밍벨트(26) 또는 기어풀리(30)(31)와 전동기어풀리(32)에 의해 나사봉(22)이 정역회전하면서 전후진하여 브라켓트(11)를 전후진시켜 스트로크를 조정할 수 있으므로 스트로크를 자동으로 조절할 수 있고 또 종래와 같이 Y축(3) 위에 까지 올라가야 하는 수고와 인위적으로 작동시켜야 하는 번거로움 그리고 과다한 노력과 조정시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있다.The present invention relates to a device for adjusting the stroke of the runner shaft in the take-out robot used to take out various moldings such as TV case, monitor case, etc. molded in the injection molding machine.
