Abstract
이 발명은 형광막층을 이용한 PLZT 표시 장치에 관한 것으로서, 기존의 PLZT 광 셔터층 윗면에 형광막층을 형성시키고 PLZT층 후면에 형광막층의 여기원을 두어 PLZT 층을 구동하는 전극에 의해 여기원의 투과 정도를 조절함으로써 전면의 형광막층에 영상을 형성시킬 수 있도록 하여 기존의 LCD등의 평면 표시 장치에 비해 시야각이 넓고, 색재현 범위로 넓으며, 에너지 변화 효율이 높은 형광막층을 이용한 PLZT 표시 장치에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
