본 발명은 액정표시장치 모듈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 액정기판의 단위셀로의 분리를 위하여 형성되어 있는 스크라이브 마크를 이용하여 LCD 판넬과 PCB를 화상인식 시스템을 사용하여 정렬하되 상기 PCB에는 스크라이브 마크와 대응되는 부분에 별도의 정렬수단이 형성되어 있고 상기 PCB와 LCD 판넬의 접촉단자를 연결수단으로 연결한 후, 모듈홀더에 탑재하고 PCB와 LCD 판넬의 사이에 백 라이트 판넬을 삽입하여 LCD 모듈을 형성하였으므로, 모듈홀더에 가이드홀을 형성하지 않아도 되므로 제조 단가가 절감되며, LCD 판넬에 별도의 정렬 마크를 형성하지 않아 하나의 액정기판에 형성되는 단위셀의 숫자가 증가되고, PCB과 LCD 판넬 및 모듈 홀더의 공차에 의한 오정렬을 방지하여 배선의 단락 및 단선이 일어나지 않으므로 공정수율 및 소자동작의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display device module, wherein the LCD panel and the PCB are aligned using an image recognition system using a scribe mark formed to separate the liquid crystal substrate into unit cells.
